Learn from authors as they talk their experiences writing about human rights issues in a discussion led by Dani Eyer, the executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Utah. Joining the panel are: Klancy de Nevers, who has written about Japanese internment during World War II; Steve Hendricks, who investigated and wrote on Native American rights; Karl Fleming, a legendary journalist who covered many important civil liberties events; and Luis Urrea, whose book about about the struggles of a group of Mexican immigrants is a Salt Lake City Reads Together selection.
