Tim Ternes joins the Festival in cooperation with the Smith-Pettit Foundation and Signature Books.
Tim Ternes is Director of Programming and Exhibitions for The Saint John’s Bible and the Hill Museum & Manuscript Library in Collegeville, Minnesota. He works with public access, tours, exhibitions, presentations, and educational program development for the Bible project and library collections. He is a graduate of Dickinson State University in North Dakota and received an M.A. from St. Mary University of Minnesota. Prior to working with The Saint John’s Bible, Tim worked as an elementary classroom teacher for 16 years and as an independent language arts consultant to school districts in a three state region. He has also worked in various areas of district and regional curriculum development and training. Tim has conducted writing, writing assessment, reading and literature, multiple intelligence, and fine arts workshops throughout the states and internationally.
