History Speaks Lecture – Utah’s Chinese Workforce with Chris Merritt

Thousands of Chinese workers came to Utah with the construction of the transcontinental railroad in 1869. Join archaeologist Chris Merritt (Deputy State Historic Preservation Officer) to learn about their impressive historical and archaeological legacy.
