RHSP Webinar:Introduction to Digitization

This introduction to digitization will focus on comparing in-house with outsourced digitization by balancing best practices with case-study presentations. Content will include information about specifications, available technology, long-term digital preservation, and financial considerations.

The Regional Heritage Stewardship Program (RHSP) is an initiative of the Conservation Center for Art & Historic Artifacts funded by the National Endowment for the Humanities. Its Intermountain West regional project is conducted in partnership with the Utah Division of Arts & Museums’ Office of Museum Services and Utah Humanities. This webinar is part of the RHSP serving the Intermountain West, including Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico. Though anyone is welcome to join, this series will be specifically geared for collecting institutions in this region. All RHSP webinars are free.
