UH Friends

The humanities have always played a critical role in society's civic and cultural well-being. Since 1975, we have created collaborations and built partnerships that improve communities through the humanities.

The Utah Humanities  receives major support through annual grants from the National Endowment for the Humanities, the State of Utah, and the Salt Lake County Zoo, Arts, and Parks Fund.

In addition, private donations and in-kind gifts from businesses, foundations, individuals, institutions of learning and organizations make our programs possible. We couldn’t do our work without their support and wish to extend a grateful acknowledgment to each and every one of our friends!
